Rapper T.I's wife, Tameka 'Tiny'
Cottle-Harris is said to have served him
with the official documents.
According to E! ... on Thursday that the hit-maker, 36, was served with divorce papers
earlier this week and, on April 24, he filed an acknowledgement of the
service.
Tameka, 41, filed for divorce
from T.I., whose real name is Clifford Joseph Harris Jr., at the
Superior Court Of Henry County in the state of Georgia in December after
six years of marriage.
The pair were married in Miami back in July 30, 2010 as they have been in a relationship since 2001.
They have sons King Harris, 16, Major Philant, eight, and daughter Heiress Diana, age two, together.
Their daughter Leyah was tragically born stillborn in 2007.
T.I. has three children from another relationship and Tiny has one.
In the court documents, Tameka said the marriage was 'irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation,' according to ET, who obtained the papers last year.
She is seeking joint legal custody and primary physical custody of all of their children who are minors, adds the website.
The couple have a family reality show titled T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle which has had five seasons on VH1.
