Newborn Baby Found Stuffed Inside Plastic Bags and Dumped by the Roadside

 

A newborn baby was reportedly found abandoned by the roadside on November 22, in Pakse, Champasak, a province in southwestern Laos, near the borders with Thailand and Cambodia.

 

 

The incident caused a stir in the area.

 

The baby was stuffed into plastic bags with a rope tied tightly around its neck in suspected strangulation.

 

A Facebook user who posted the photos didn't indicate if the baby survived or not.
