Woman claim that late Michael Jackson 'sexually assaulted her when she was 12 years old'

He was the subject of various allegations on child sex abuse in the 1990s. But now Michael Jackson has posthumously been accused of further inappropriate relations with children by a new complainant, has he rest in his grave.

The unidentified woman has filed a damages lawsuit accusing the late pop king of 'sexually abused' her when she was 12 years old.

She also claims he paid her $900,000 to keep her mouth shut 

In a bid to substantiate her claims, the woman - who is now in her 40s - has shared a number of gushing notes from the King of Pop. 

The alleged victim claims the abused happened in 1986 after she visited his Hayvenhurst mansion as a tourist, where she was accompanied by her mother. She says the mistreatment continued until the age of fifteen.

In one hand-written correspondence, the Thriller star said: "Your Valentine's picture was so original and sweet "I love you sooo much also you're making me love you even more, the more I talk to you. I'm crazy about you. All my love Michael, the Monopoly King."  to___ girl, i realy like talking to you, and you me so sweet, But you cannot play monopoly. But i love you and miss you very much, all my love. Please come to see me, your mother and dad are here, bye, i love you sooooo much

Now she is suing for unspecified damages relating to emotional distress, negligence and more.

The Michael Jackson estate is yet to make a statement or respond to the allegations, which casts an astonishing new light on the bizarre world of the 400million-record selling megastar, who died of a prescription drugs overdose in 2009.

The latest claim comes just months after Jackson's former doctor said Jackson became infatuated with his British god-daughter when she was just five years old.

The extraordinary claims were made in Conrad Murray's explosive book by the singer’s personal physician.

He added that by the time she was 12, the twisted Thriller star was so obsessed with the little girl that he was determined to marry her as soon as possible.
