She wore a dazzling floor-length red dress with a crystal-encrusted bodice - adding a touch of sparkle to the star-studded event

Serena, who now has seven Wimbledon titles under her belt, wore her voluminous black tresses in a relaxed tousled style for the black tie dinner.

Clearly ecstatic after her historic win, she smiled widely as she posed for photographers outside the historic venue, in front of a 2016 Wimbledon sign made from hedges.
