Madonna has £250 beauty surgery done on her wrinkly hands and now 'will go out without gloves on'
Madonna is more than confident to go out without her gloves on anymore. The old singer has long refused to grow old gracefully. But at 57, she has been keeping one tell-tale sign of aging firmly under wraps – her hands. Until now that is...
The
veteran singer has undergone a course of £250,000.00 -a-pop “redermalization
mesotherapy” sessions, giving her a smooth, wrinkle-free pair of mitts.
The
treatment, imported from Russia, involves micro-injections of amino
acids, vitamins and hyaluronic acid to stimulate the production of
skin-plumping collagen.
Within 24 hours of treatment the hands come up in “micro-papules” which has led to the injections being dubbed bubble therapy.
A source said: “Madonna has always been conscious of her hands which
have always been the only bit of her which give away her true age.
“Mesotherapy isn’t too painful but nor is it for the faint-hearted.
“She has to wear gloves for 36 hours afterwards because hands
come up in unsightly ‘bubbles’ of air as the amino acids and hyaluronic
acid do their worst. Within three sessions, though, her hands were
looking much better. She’s thrilled with the results.
“She is now going out without gloves or mittens for the first time in years.”
It is understood Madonna uses a clinic close to her home in Central London.
During the 45-minute, non-surgical procedure around 80-100 puncture
marks are made in the middle layer of skin, stimulating production of
collagen and reducing signs of pigmentation.
