Actress Liv Tyler cuddles up to sleeping newborn daughter Lula in sweet snap

Liv Tyler introduced her baby daughter last week and the actress is already enjoying the most adorable baby cuddles. The 39-year-old seemed completely besotted with her newborn, named Lula Rose, as she shared a photo to her Instagram feed. 

Looking bare-faced and gorgeous, Liv was pictured beaming at the camera while her daughter slept on her chest.

"ohhhhh little Lula!!!!," wrote the Lord of the Rings star, alongside a stream of heart emojis.

Just last week Liv and her fiance Dave Gardner announced they'd welcomed their second child together.

Liv confirmed news of the arrival on Instagram, where she shared a black and white picture of Lula lying on her father's chest.

"Hello!!!!!" she wrote on Sunday night, "our beautiful baby girl is here !!!! Lula Rose Gardner we are sooooo happy heart exploding with love !!!!!"

Sharing the same snap, Dave said he felt truly blessed at the new arrival and the little girl looks just like her gorgeous mum, writing: "Our gorgeous baby girl has arrived "Lula Rose Gardner" 

unbelievably beautiful, healthy and thank goodness she looks like her Momma !!!!

"Truly blessed Daddies girl....Now the real work starts training her big brothers to become Ninja's, Martial Arts Experts & 24-7 Body Guards !!!"

The Leftovers actress - who already has a one-year-old son Sailor Gene Gardner with David Beckham's best mate - confirmed the exciting baby news in January this year.
