The grainy footage begins as an English-speaking local rounds a corner where the woman, dressed only in a white bikini , is seen kneeling in front of the man.
She is clearly pleasuring him as the pair continue their antics, seemingly unaware of their surroundings.
But an angry local man then shakes at the foreign man's arm and begins shouting at the couple.
He says: “What are you doing here, why you f*****g outside here?”
The pair are understood to have been outside the The Hussin House Hotel.
He bawls: “F**k you man, what are you doing, what are you doing on the street, on the corner here. All the people are thinking what you doing here. F**k you man.”
And he adds: "Phi Phi is my home."
The footage was broadcast on TV channel Pattaya One with many Thais furious at the inappropriate public behviour.
