latest studio offering last month, Jay Z, 46, is reportedly working on a new album which will reveal his version of
events after his wife Beyonce sings about infidelity in new album
Lemonade. 'Jay is working on an album telling his side of things,' a source close to the power couple revealed to Us Weekly.
The rapper released his last album, Magna Carta Holy Grail, in 2013.
Rumours
of Jay's cheating have surrounded the duo, who have been married eight
years, since the elevator fight between him and Beyonce's sister Solange
Knowles at the 2014 Mat Gala.
Solange
is alleged to have hit out at the hip-hop mogul after she caught him
flirting with one of his alleged flings, Rachel Roy.
During
Beyonce's 60-minute HBO special which aired on April 23, the songstress
walks fans through a very personal journey of betrayal, revenge and
eventually reconciliation with her rapper husband.
