Justin Bieber
is being sued for $100,000 in damage after allegedly smashing up a person's
mobile phone after they filmed him spilling ale all over himself during a
failed attempt at using one.
The Singer pixie is alleged to have attempted to chug from the popular frat
party drinking implement during his now infamous night out at the Cle
nightclub in Houston, Texas last month, but is said to have been
'clearly an amateur.'
According to TMZ,
the lawsuit says the Sorry singer was furious when he realised his
botched attempt had been filmed by plaintiff Robert Earl Morgan.
This is said to have led to the 22-year-old Canadian singer grabbing the man's cellphone and smashing it to smithereens.
The supposed incident occurred on the same night Bieber appeared to extinguish a cigarette on rapper Post Malone's arm.
He was also later photographed being jovially throttled by his pal, who was one of the opening acts on his Purpose tour.
