Photos shows mentally unstable woman disturbing
the peace of the environment, stopping motorist from using the road and
she has been blocking the road with her luggages and sitting in the
middle of the road, a man who gave details about the woman said she just
deliver a baby some days ago.
She's currently on that Sango road,under
the bridge along Abeokuta expressway. This Is to reach out to the
governments to please make a place to take care of the mentally disabled
people.
