Lamar Odom to need 'full time care' and may not ever fill the-same when he finally leaves hospital

When the basketball star defied the odds and woke up from his coma, many saw it as a miracle and thought he was well on his way to recovery. However according to insider, Lamar Odom still has a long way to go and he may never be the same. Multiple sources told People magazine, the 36-year-old is facing significant challenges in his recovery.

The Laker's star is having serious trouble walking and talking, the insiders tell the magazine. Plus the former basketball star has suffered memory loss and is also extremely confused, which his estranged wife Khloe Kardashian has hinted at previously.

While those close to him are still hopeful the star will improve, a full recovery may not be possible.

An insider told the magazine: 

'Lamar's life from now on will be very different than the past.'

He will also need to stay in hospital for the foreseeable future.

'He won't leave the hospital for a long time, and when he does, he will need full time care.'
