Puffy Daddy wont be charge after Assault on his son's handball school coach

No charges: Sean Combs will not be charged with any criminal offense relating to his altercation with one of his son Justin's football coaches n the UCLA campus on June 22

The rap mogul, 45, was originally arrested for felony aggravated assault and making terrorist threats after allegedly swinging a kettleball at university strength and conditioning coach Sal Alosi on June 22.

The Los Angeles District Attorney decided not to proceed with felony charges and  the LA City Attorney has also now decided not to file any misdemeanor charges against the music producer.

Banned: Diddy acknowledged in a radio interview in LA last month that's he's been barred from attending his son's football practices following the June 22 incident
