The
rap mogul, 45, was originally arrested for felony aggravated assault
and making terrorist threats after allegedly swinging a kettleball at
university strength and conditioning coach Sal Alosi on June 22.
The Los Angeles District Attorney decided not to proceed with felony charges and the LA City Attorney has also now decided not to file any misdemeanor charges against the music producer.
