Kentucky clerk who is refusing to issue same-sex marriage licenses was led away from federal court - and taken to jail. The 49, was told by U.S.
District Judge David Bunning on Thursday that she would stay behind bars
until she complied with his order to resume issuing the licenses to gay
couples.
