As at this morning 4 people are dead already due to their demolished
buildings, I was even threatened to be arrested because of this video
Recession has rendered a lot of people hopeless People are suffering, to
feed is a big problem for some people but the government is only
concerned about planting flowers, people who have been feeding from
hands to mouth from the little that they make from buying and selling
are now rendered helpless. π’π‘ Few weeks to Christmas even in this
hard time in Jakande estate ejigbo isolo local government thousands of
shops and some other structures are being demolished for no sensible
reason, even as the structures were not built on the road.
People are suffering, some are taking their children out of schools, a
lot can't even afford to eat, oil is expensive, rice is now gold, a
crate of egg is now double the normal price, even beans that used to be
the best food for the poor is now a luxury yet the government doesn't
care; if you can't help why take away what these people are still
managing???ππ’π’π’π‘π‘ I'm angry very angry. We're citizens of a
country that cares less about its people, Let's even assume these
buildings are illegal structures, is this the right time to do these???
This is senseless. Yoruba would say "Bi e fun omo logodo, ema gbatowo e"
meaning "if u can't help then do not take away that which the person
has" . The government has taken away the joy of thousands of people just
to implement a so called mega city when there are more important things
to do....Msheeew... the people u wan plant flower for dey don chop???
When will we be able to smile whole heartedly in this country???
