Two of Khloe Kardashian's favorite people came to lend their support at her book signing this week when The
reality star was forced to cancel two events this week due to a
staph infection - gushed over her two nieces, Penelope and North, as
they held a copy of her tome with big cheesy grins. Sharing
a snap of the adorable moment, Khloe, 31, wrote: 'I can't stop smiling
when I look at this photo! I love my little ladies!!'
