Chris Brown outrageous ex Karrueche Tran was not able to get her permanent restraining order against ex Chris Brown according to a new report.
The 29-year-old was not able to appear in court herself as she has filming duties in New Orleans reported TMZ on Tuesday.
The
Nice Guys actress was expected to detail her claims against the
28-year-old singer including death threats and violent encounters.
However the gossip site reports that the judge would not make a ruling until there was in=person testimony.
The
arbitrator said that Tran had to appear in court or give 12 days prior
notice before the hearing that she would appear via phonecall according
to the publication.
Brown also did not appear in the session as his lawyer told TMZ that he was never served the papers despite the site having video which tells otherwise.
