A
transgender dancer has splashed more than £45,000 perfecting her
'feminine' look - including two boob jobs and reconstructing her face.
26 year old Kiara
Oesterle, born Marco before wearing female clothing from the age
of four with her parents' consent - has undergone a string of
wallet-busting procedures.
The performer, who lives in the Dutch
capital Amsterdam, spent £10,000 on two breast augmentation ops and
almost £13,000 on 'facial feminisation', which involved lowering her
hairline, eyebrow bone correction, eye lifts and chin and jaw
reductions.
Other surgery bills have included £10,000 on nose jobs and cheek fillers, £2,000 on a hair transplant, £2,500 on a lip lift and £2,400 on regular Botox sessions.
The procedures and her hormone treatment have cost an estimated £45,800, and have been partly funded by Kiara's boyfriend.
She says the operations are 'no different to having a holiday or buying a car' and admits the surgery is 'addictive'.
Despite the cost, Kiara is planning a further four procedures in the next six months.
She said: "I have the procedures because they make me feel happier. I love watching my body become more and more feminine.
"The adrenaline rush I get when I see the result of each surgery is addictive, and I can't wait for the next one."
Kiara,
originally from Graz, Austria, began living as a girl from the age of
four when her parents let her wear feminine clothes.
By the age of six, she recalls dressing as a girl in public.
She said: "I can still remember going to school wearing my sister's school uniform.
"My family were so supportive and I never had any problems when I was younger.
"My
school was very accommodating and although my parents worried I would
be bullied, my classmates were respectful of my choice."
