Mother became an unlikely celebrity of 2016 after her clip was seen by millions.
Well, she needs to step aside - because there's a new hero in a Wookiee mask.
Katie Stricker Curtis, from Detroit, decided to don one of the toys while she was giving birth.
On a hospital bed, she clutches her stomach through contractions and cries out in pain.
But the mask translates these screams of agony into
Shyriiwook, the language of Wookiees in Star Wars movies - and it's
pretty difficult for viewers to hold back the laughter.
Why did she do this? Well, she had a pretty good reason...
Katie
shared the video on her Facebook page with the caption: "Just because
I'm about to be a mom doesn't mean I have to grow up!
"Bwahahahahs (sic) never take life too seriously! Best Christmas gift ever! #havingababy #pregnancyhairgrowth"
She later gave birth to a healthy baby girl, Jayden, and said she and her partner are "so in love".
Her
hilarious video won her a legion of fans online. Amber Morrison
commented: "You rock Katie that is awesome wish I would of (sic) had
that when I was in labor totally would ease the pain"
The clip
went viral while Katie was still in labour. Her friend Kelly Smyth
commented: "Dude you're at 2000 views! Getting famous while having a
baby! Only you my friend"
