But Mr Lee told the Mail Online how his ex-wife wasn't a fan of his work - and they split as he was in development
The inventor abandoned his dreams after the divorce, and only picked it back up again after meeting a sex psychologist.
He said how the woman encouraged him by convincing him the vibrating penis would be "empowering" for his relationships.
But Mr Lee admitted: "I thought lots of men would be interested in it, but it turns out many feel threatened by it."
He hasn't yet managed to complete his project, after running into difficulties just as he was about to implant the device.
But he remains positive that he will finish his goal after finding a better motor with the help of an engineering partner.
Mr Lee said he will never be satisfied with biohacking, and
that he will continue to keep pushing the limits of implanting
technology.
He said: "What I do isn't like the plastic surgery a person gets to look like their favorite pop-star.
"I'll never hit a point where I say 'ok, now I'm happy' and then just stagnate."
