He presented his girlfriend Kylie Jenner with a $320,000 Ferrari for her 18th birthday only months ago. But
it appears that Tyga is having money problem,
a $10million mansion close to his beloved, as the rapper is reported to
be unable to close a deal on the property. According to TMZ
the Rack City hit-maker, 25, has put an offer down on the lavish 8
bedroom property, but has stalled multiple times on completing the deal
for the pad in Calabasas.
Tyga,
who officially started dating youngest member of the Kardashian clan
earlier this year, is supposedly interested in buying the lavish
property so that he can be closer to the 18-year-old.
The
property, located in the highly affluent city near Los Angeles, is in
the same neighbourhood where his girlfriend's family all live,
including, her mother Kris and sister Kim.
However
the website reports that although he has come close to completing an
exchange of contracts on the mansion three times, he has failed to close
the deal due to financial reasons.
The
rapper is said to have cited everything from being on the road to not
getting paid as reasons why he has so far failed to come up with money
needed to purchase the property.
