Big Brother star Lisa Appleton is up to her seaside antics again, this time in the sunnier climbs of Spain.

The 48-year-old former Big Brother star was in an active mood, as she jogged up and down the beach, gamely jumping in the sea to take a quick dip.

Wearing a white T-shirt that simply stated ‘England’, she showed her support for Tuesday night’s football match against the Spanish team.

Risking her modesty without a bra, the reality star looked undaunted as she flashed her assets through the soaking wet top.

She originally rose to fame on Big Brother in 2008 with her then husband Mario Marconi.
