Baylee Curran assault case against Chris Brown Put on hold, no backing evidences

Few weeks back Chris Brown was the talk of the world, all accusation fingers were pointing right at him, blaming him of assaulting a white lady Baylee Curran at his own house. While we are waiting for the police to be charge him to court, it seem they are failing to do that because  Baylee Curran may be lying on the innocent singer at the first place

The much-ballyhooed criminal case against R&B singer Chris Brown for alleged assault seems to be on hold. The Los Angeles District Attorney's office says it's because of the police. The Los Angeles Police say...well, nothing and no evidence where found in his house

But more than three weeks before the LAPD helped trigger a day-long media circus of hovering helicopters and live-streamed coverage of officers waiting for a search warrant to get into Brown's San Fernando Valley home, nothing further has happened on the case after much resources were wasted of empty accusations by Baylee Curran

Brown, 27, was supposed to be arraigned this week — but wasn't.

"The LAPD is still investigating and has not yet presented a case to our office," said Ricardo Santiago, spokesman for the district attorney's office. A spokesman for the LAPD has not yet returned a message seeking explanation.

Meanwhile, his accuser's credibility has been challenged
