pair of twin sisters claim Kim Kardashian is their artistic inspiration
after creating a series of paintings based on her sex tape.
Artists
Allie and Lexie Kaplan - who work together and refer to themselves as
The Kaplan Twins - created controversial paintings of screenshots from
the explicit video of the reality star with singer Ray J that became
public in 2007 .
The 23-year-olds, who are originally from New Jersey and now live in Los Angeles, told Elite Daily in a video interview that the concept started as a 'funny' idea that they hope will 'generate a conversation'.
