The duo posed for a photograph, which Jenner shared on Snapchat Thursday, insisting that (despite what people may think): "When we've been best friends the whole time." Blac Chyna, 27, shares a son with Jenner's boyfriend Tyga, to whom she was once engaged. Blac Chyna is now engaged to Jenner's brother Rob Kardashian, and is also best friends with Amber Rose, the ex of Rob's sister Kim Kardashian West's husband Kanye West. 

Blac Chyna captioned a photo of the two together, "Hanging out with my lil sis," and in another snap the pair partook in a face swap.

Sources have previously told PEOPLE the engagement has caused friction within the Kardashian-Jenner clan, with Jenner, 18, and sister Khloé Kardashian particularly upset.

The friendly photo comes one day after Rob, 29, gifted Blac Chyna a purple Huracan Lamborghini as an early birthday present. Rob proposed to his fiancée over two weeks ago with a 7-carat diamond engagement ring. The engagement came just 10 weeks after the two went public with their relationship.

Rob Kardashian is spoiling  Blac Chyna with expensive gift. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star appears to have bought his fiancée/ wife to be a luxurious little engagement gift: a purple 2016 Huracan Lamborghini, ringing up to a mere $199.8K. Chyna also shared a video of the car on Snapchat, which was shared by a fan Instagram account. In the video, she shows off both sides of the car as she gasps, "Yessss! So happy! So excited!".
