This is the first picture of the murdered four-year-old girl whose
severed head was found being carried in the street by her nanny (Gyulchekhra Bobokulova) . A
39-year-old woman has been arrested after carrying the four-year-old
child's head while shouting 'Allahu Akbar' and 'I'm a terrorist' yesterday.
She was arrested as half a dozen police officers swooped near Oktyabrskoye Pole metro station in Moscow, Russia, as the woman reportedly shouted she had a bomb.
The girl's mum was later seen being taken away by paramedics after being told her daughter had been decapitated before having her head paraded through the streets.
Police later revealed the girl's headless body had been found inside a burning apartment nearby.
Local media have identified the nanny as Gulchekhra Bobokulova from Uzbekistan in central Asia and her victim only as Nastya M.
The victim's mother Ekaterina
Officers say the arrested woman was her babysitter and had waited until her parents left before carrying out the attack. The girl's mother, Ekaterina, is now being treated in hospital after collapsing when she was told the news by police.
Eye-witness Alyona Kuratova told Russia's Rain TV: "I came out of the shopping center and they tried to not let me through. There were a bunch of people there, running, screaming 'bomb, bomb'.
"I saw that a woman was walking near the Oktyabrskoye Polye metro, near the road, all in black. She had not even some kind of bundle, but a head.
"Maybe it was a child's head, like they were whispering in the crowd. She was shouting something".
