A house owner who evicted his tenant for failing to pay rent got a
nasty surprise when he went into the empty room - to find it filled with
over 200 bottles of URINE and cola cans stuffed with condoms and penis pump. Rohan James, who owns the house in Melbourne, Australia, had been renting out a room to the man since October 2013 after placing an ad on Gumtree , but after he failed to pay rent on time recently, Rohan asked him to leave. Although the tenant obliged, he left the room in a disgusting state and, according to his landlord , failed to show up on several occasions when times were agreed for him to move his belongings
Rohan told Mirror Online: "I got sick of it and it was very stressful, so I got the locks changed and then went in the room."
What
he saw when he entered were piles upon piles of clothes, takeaway boxes
and bottles of various shapes and sizes all filled with urine - even
though the bedroom had a sink and was next to the bathroom.
He
explained: "I was speechless and just couldn't fathom it. I just stood
there for a few minutes once I realised what it was and I was furious.
"I could only make out two or three bottles at first, but when I looked closer they were just everywhere."
There were more bottles in the piles of clothes and food packaging, as well as inside the cupboards.
"I originally guessed there were about 100 bottles, but it turned out to be over 200," says Rohan.
He
also found a 'penis pump' - what he expects was a contraption used to
aid urinating into the bottles - and cola cans stuffed full of condoms.
After
spending two hours filling three bins with the bottles of wee, Rohan
took photos of the room to document the state it was still in. He then
got rid of the rubbish and furniture, spending another day on the room.
How
did he do it? Well, not happily. He admits: "I lost my sense of humour
for a couple of days while I was cleaning the room, but I laugh when I
tell the story now and see people's horrified reactions."
