Lagos task force officer left with series of injure after Hoodlums acttack and bath him with acid

Unidentified hoodlums’ in Oshodi, Lagos bathed a task force officer with acid, who was attached to the state Taskforce on Environmental and Special Offences. The police officer, identified as Sergeant Robert Ajayi, was attacked at Ojo High School, Ojo Local Government while removing illegal structures erected few meters away from the school.

Meantime, the Taskforce, yesterday, arrested over 64 miscreants allegedly terrorizing Oshodi and its environs.

Vanguard gathered that the hoodlums in a commercial bus popularly called Danfo attacked Silas at Oshodi-Oke Bus Stop, Oshodi while managing traffic and enforcing the sanitation law.
After the attack, sources said Silas was rushed to the Lagos State Accident and Emergency Centre, Toll-Gate end of the Lagos-Ibadan expressway before being transferred to the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, LASUTH, Ikeja for further treatment.
