A man posted an ad for a single female student to stay in his room for a nominal sum of £1-a-month because he was "scared of sleeping alone", claiming he was autophobic. He invited women to put his fears to bed by living with him in his East London en-suite bedroom in Gants Hill.
Despite
the house having five bedrooms, the chosen girl would have to sleep in
the owner's room, leading many to question his true motives.

"The
house has a lovely living room and garden as well as a gym and four

sociable.
