After she ended her nine-year relationship with the father of her three children Scott Disick this past summer, the 36-year-old has been busy raising children Mason, five, Penelope, three, and 10-month-old Reign as her ex partner Scott has been in rehab for the past few weeks. However, at her sister's birthday she was glowing while showing off wide smiles as she was enjoyed the attention  of a mystery man.
