The 30 second clip was originally uploaded to Reddit where users claimed the woman had been hired as a stripper by the fraternity group.
It is not the only time the ATO fraternity has come under close scrutiny across several universities in the US.
In 2010, the group was suspended amid claims of hazing and drinking violations after it had become known as "party central" around campus.
At the University of Nevada, a different branch of the ATO fraternity was investigated when 10 students were treated for food poisoning after being forced to eat raw chicken back in 2007.
