Nigeria soldier Tortured a young teenage... ordered him to lay on dirty water

The Nigeria Military have got another explaining to do after photos emerged showing one military officer wrongfully punishing a young teenage boy.

 

 This incident reportedly happened at Oshodi yesterday afternoon. Its not clear what the young man did but no one should be treated in this manner.
