A Murder suspect 'who shot dead young father' mocks the victim's family in court by sticking his tongue out at them

21 year-old Antonio Beatty  who is facing facing first-degree murder charges for the July shooting death of Carlton Whitley. Whitley's fiancee, daughter and sister were upset and livid at Beatty's disrespectful actions in court.

'I mean I'm upset myself, but they ain't have no right to stick their tongue out at me, they ain't have no right to stick their middle finger up at me,' Beatty told WGCL. 
'F*** y'all, they lucky I didn't do more than that.'
Beatty could face the death penalty if convicted.
