How DSS stopped Buhari from Ogoni land visit at the last minutes

The President was allegedly stopped  by Department of State Services from procedding on the promised trip to Ogoni Land on Thursday. According to informed sources, the DSS advised the President to cancel, at the last minute, the trip, which was to launch the clean-up Ogoniland.

President Buhari Cancels Trip To Ogoni land Over "Assassination Threats" VP Osinbajo to represent him

President Muhammadu Buhari scheduled one-day trip to Ogoniland, Rivers state Senegal for the flag off of Niger Delta clean up was reportedly canceled due to security threats to the President from a newly formed militant group, Niger Delta Avengers, who had threatened to kill the President should he step foot in the Niger Delta region.
