A 22-year-old man, Chigozie Ugwu, paraded by the Anambra State Police
Command for stealing 52 women’s underwear has said he indulges in the
act to satisfy his sexual urge. Ogwu said he had no girlfriend
and felt like he was having sexual intercourse any time he picks a
woman’s pant, even as he pleaded that the police should release him.
