A grieving mum claims to have taken a selfie with her dying daughter's GUARDIAN ANGEL.
Sarah Danbury believes she caught a heavenly apparition on camera as she snapped a poignant final photo with 19-year-old Amy Beckingham, who was battling ultra-rare liver cancer.
The
pair were taking selfies together to show Sarah's husband Adrian their
hotel room as they stayed in London while the teenager took part in a
clinical trial at Royal Free Hospital.
Amy, who died just three weeks later, was convinced the mysterious shape was her 'guardian angel' watching over her.
Mum-of-three Sarah, 39, of Grantham, Lincolnshire, said: "I
didn't think anything of it at first but when you look closely at the
photo it does look like an angel.
"There were only two lights on that side of the room and they were both switched off. You just can't explain it, it's so weird.
"When Amy saw the picture she said. 'it's my guardian angel'. Just three weeks later Amy sadly passed away.
"It
gives me comfort seeing that picture because it makes me think there
was someone there with Amy looking after her knowing it was coming to
her time, you just don't know.
"I don't go to church but it got me thinking that there's got to be more out there."
