Kanye West has been reportedly hospitalised in Los Angeles after cancelling a string of tour dates.
The All Day rapper was under observation after being admitted late on Monday, reports NBC news.
Sources have told the website that Los Angeles police responded to a call at 1.20pm on Monday.
No criminal activity was involved, it has been reported.
Kanye is said to have been at his personal trainer Harley Pasternak's home at the time, according to several reports.
It has been reported by TMZ that paramedics took Kanye to UCLA Medical Center.
It
is unclear if Kanye remains in hospital, however the rapper's concert
promoter, Live Nation, confirmed that the 39-year-old will not be
performing the remaining dates of his Saint Pablo Tour.
Kanye's friends fear the star is reportedly suffering from "nervous exhaustion".
