'Jesus Christ Impregnated me' - Haley

A teenage girl, identified only as Haley, has made a startling claim. The young lady believes she is pregnant and is carrying baby Jesus.

However, even her own family and members of her church do not believe her.

The 19-year-old, appeared on the Dr Phil show, and when questioned on her pregnancy, declared: 'I am, and it is Jesus. No-one is going to deny him because he is my savior

She said 'My family, my friends, my pastors at church, they don't believe that I'm pregnant, but I know it's Jesus,' she said. 'I know my pregnancy is real. I've gained at least 22 pounds.

'I was sleeping one night and my baby punched the bottom of my stomach and kicked me, and I can feel his head right here, right below my belly button.

'I don't care if my family disowns me. It really comes down to if you're a true believer in Jesus or not.

'I don't care what the home pregnancy test or a doctor says, when I give birth to my baby, no one is going to deny him because he's my saviour.'

However, Haley's mom Kristi has said her daughter is delusional, describing her as a 'compulsive liar' who is not pregnant at all.

Her family said that Haley has previously claimed that the rapper Eminem is her father, that she was a contestant on American Idol, and that she donated a kidney to her sick brother - suggesting she was only conceived for 'spare parts'.

'The first time I heard her say that, she actually was saying it was Jesus Christ in her stomach. I looked at her like she had lost her mind,' Kristi said.

'She was just going off into a delusional tailspin.'

The pair appeared on the talk show as mother begged for help from the TV psychologist.

She said: 'I can't keep living like this. We have to treat her like she's actually pregnant to avoid conflict. I'm hoping Dr Phil can let me know if this is part of her act or does she really need help.'

The teen will undergo an ultrasound scan in a second part of the show, where the results will be revealed.
