New Details revels singer Mariah Carey was never in Love with James Packer, she was just after his $$$... See details below
From a draft of Mariah Carey and James Packer's unsigned prenup have emerged, revealing a list of Carey's Demand before she say I do to Billionaire James.
The document, which was put together by James's executive Robert Rankin and subsequently leaked to TMZ,
shows the Australian businessman, 49, wanted to pay Mariah, 46,
$6million for every full year of marriage up to a total of $30million,
should they split.
It
read: 'James will pay Mariah, and Mariah shall accept, $6 million
dollars per year for each full year of marriage, up to a maximum of $30
million ... adjusted pro-rata on a weekly basis [$151,385 per week].'
Another condition saw James get the final say on when it was appropriate for Mariah to use any private jet he provided.
The document
stated: 'James shall provide the use of one private aircraft, of his
selection, for Mariah's personal use, or that of her children and
nannies only when James, in his sole discretion, determines it is
appropriate to do so.'
As
for gifts, James wanted it clearly established what constituted a
present outside of their engagement, wedding, birthdays and
anniversaries.
It says: '...no item of
jewelry and/or personal adornment costing over $250,000 will be deemed a
gift unless accompanied by, or promptly followed by, a writing
specifically stating "This is my gift to you".'
James had also intended to issue Mariah and her team with a credit card to spend a predetermined allowance on expenses.
The billionaire tried to rush the prenup through lawyers in time for a March 1 wedding, it has been claimed.
He
angrily ordered lawyers to complete the agreement in an email chain
where he reportedly told them: 'Do as I say or f**** off'.
Despite
his demands, neither of the pair is believed to have signed the
document before calling off their engagement after a row in September.
