The young lady, identified only as Kesiena, is a member of NYSC
batch B (stream 1 & 2) in Anambra State and had her passing out
parade today, October 6.
However, she probably never imagined that her man would be proposing today in full view of everyone at Awka South LGA.
Below is what the eyewitness who shared the story wrote:
