A woman has complained bitterly on how her husband has subjected her to board taxi anytime she's going out, while he drives the car she bought with her own money.

I need the public to come into this matter.
I just got married and before I got married I had my own car and lived
in my own house, but my husband did not have a car and still lived in
his parents house and drove his fathers car.When we met I spoke to him
to leave his family house but he said that can only happen if he gets
married, so we got serious and everything led to marriage. We have been
Married for 1year now and he has been driving my car while I jump taxi
to work, the house we live in was what we contributed together and paid
for. I have asked him to get a car but he said he can afford a car but
he will never like his wife to drive, that his mother never drove a car
so why will I drive. He said he will rather be dropping me off at work
and picking me up than for me to drive my self. I taught he was joking,
but this got very serious. Yesterday I wanted to take the car keys out
and he slapped me and warned me never to try it again. ( my own car)
ladies and gentle men in the house please I need constructive advise on
how to go about this, this man is driving me crazy. My anger is that
this car is my car, I bought it with my money even before he married me.
