37-year-old actress' was left looking naked from the waist down at
the Creative Arts Emmy Awards in Los Angeles, California, on Sunday
night.
Lake hit the carpet in a beautiful layered silver gown created by beaded fringing.
Standing
still, it showed just the tiniest bit of skin through mesh fabric
across her shoulders and decolletage as well as just a hint of her bra.
However, The Secret Life Of Pets star was unable to keep her underwear a secret as she spun around.
The delicate silver beading flew up and the star's bottom half was completely exposed.
