Thousands of residents have taken to social media to showcase how they
are "working unclad" after their President used a strange choice of
words. Reports claim that the Belarusian president, Alexander Lukashenko, mixed
up his words during a speech on new technology. But the citizens are
not taking it likely; they are are posting pictures and videos of
themselves naked and scantily-clad at work after their 61-year-old
president suffered an unfortunate slip of the tongue. Photos after the cut
During his speech on new technology, President Lukashenko said: “Innovations,
IT-technologies, privatisation – it is all clear. We’ve conquered all
of them. But everything is very simply, one should get undressed and
work.”

Since then, Belarusians have posted dozens of photos showing themselves
naked at their workplace: be it at a desk, behind an industrial oven in a
restaurant kitchen or even on a construction site. This tongue-in-cheek
campaign was launched on Friday, June 24 (the day after the president’s
words).
