Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg social media account has been hacked. In
a message posted on Twitter through Zuckerberg’s own account, the group
claimed it had found his password in leaked LinkedIn in password dump.
Twitter
user @Ben_Hall posted a screen grab of the Facebook founder's Twitter
and Pinterest account, giving Mark's password 'dadada' and the hackers'
calling card.
According
to reports, the social network CEO’s Pinterest and Twitter accounts
were compromised, with hacker group OurMine claiming responsibility.
According to Sky News,
the group claimed it had accessed the accounts to 'test security', with
a tweet, now deleted, reading: 'Hey we got access to your Twitter &
Instagram & Pinterest, we are just testing your security, please
direct message us.'
The
Twitter account @finkd, which was created in February 2009, has more
than 414,000 followers, but only has 19 tweets associated with it.
The
hacker, known as 'Peace', says he has account information, including
emails and passwords. He is asking for 5 Bitcoin for the data, which is
the equivalent of around $2,200 (£1,507).
