Meet the mother-of-five who has splashed over £350,000 on plastic surgery to transform into a real-life Barbie. 42 year-old Nannette Hammond has had three boob jobs, a breast lift, lip fillers, Botox, veneers, semi-permanent make-up, hair dye, nail extensions and daily visits to her at-home tanning salon. To top off her look, she even has the pink Barbie car to match. Photos after the cut.

And outrageous Nannette, 42, loves to show off her plastic look by uploading racy snaps of herself on Instagram – that are all taken by her kids.

The full-time mum lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, with her husband Dave, 47, who owns a haulage business, and their children Giovanni, 15, Sophia, 12, Alex, 10, and Antonio, five, plus Nannette’s stepdaughter Hannah, 16.

Nannette – whose children all go to private school – said: "People always ask me who takes my photos and I tell them it’s either my husband or my kids.
"I know the other mums talk and gossip about me behind my back but I really don’t care. Parents can think what they want and say what they want about my appearance but it doesn’t bother me. I’ve taught my children to rise above it.
"My husband Dave and my children are just so proud of me and what I’ve achieved through surgery. They think I look great - my life is better than Barbie’s now.”

Nannette – who is naturally a brunette – was obsessed with Barbie dolls from an early age. She had over 50 of them, along with a Barbie house, car and van.

She says: "I loved playing with those Barbies. Growing up, I felt shy and self-conscious about my looks and wanted to be just like the dolls.
"I imagined they’d always be happy and I felt drab in comparison. I didn’t like my hair colour and as a teen, I really wanted bigger breasts.
"I always knew I wanted a boob job as soon as I could. I started going on sunbeds when I was 16 to get Barbie’s honey colouring."

And when she was 21, Nannette began her transformation, having a £2,250 boob job taking her from a B-cup to a C, paid for with a credit card.

She also began dying her hair and went on to have a second boob job when she was 24, going up to a DD, costing £7,000.

Nannette became so obsessed with plastic surgery that she started working as a nurse for a cosmetic surgeon.

And from the age of 27, she started getting regular Botox and collagen filler injections in her lips.
Nannette – who met husband, Dave, in her late twenties – explains: "I would see other people getting these treatments and thought they looked great so I wanted them too.

"And I still have them every few months when I feel I need them, at a cost of around £1,000 a time.
"I just love plastic surgery. The needle feels like a massage and once it goes in, I don’t want to leave! It’s very relaxing."
Since her early 30s, Nannette’s spend around £1,275 on extensions and having her hair coloured. She also splurges a further £350-a-month on eyelash extensions – all paid for her by husband.

Nannette spends £100 per month on spray tans as well as topping up on a sunbed at home for 10 minutes every day. Nannette also splashes on monthly manicures and pedicures at a further £250 each time.

Aged 38, she had a boob uplift and further implants, taking her to a 28H, which cost a further £7,000 and she’s not even ruling out going bigger in the future.

Her latest surgery was when she had her veneers on her teeth two years ago at a whopping cost of £36,000, which David also paid for.

And Nannette plans to carry on having surgery to maintain the way she looks.
She says:
"It’s worth every penny to look like this. I feel happy and secure.
"I want to age gracefully and when the time comes for me to have a facelift, I won’t hesitate to get one.
"I’m going to keep looking like a Barbie right until I’m 70, or probably longer!"
