Charlie Sheen made a real fashion statement as he arrived at Elton John's Oscars party. The actor - who revealed last year that he is HIV positive
- wore a T-shirt emblazoned with the words 'Stay Positively Negative'
at the bash, which was in aid of the Elton John AIDS Foundation.
Charlie proudly showed off the top, which also featured a picture of his face, as he posed for the cameras.
Speaking on the red carpet the Anger Management actor insisted his appearance didn't matter.
He told ABC7: "If somebody said, 'You're not wearing a tie.' Well, I'm at an AIDS event and I brought my HIV."
In lieu of formal attire, Charlie teamed his T-shirt with a black jacket and trousers.
The top is on sale with a portion of the proceeds being donated to the Elton John AIDS Foundation.
