A police Crime patrol van was spotted caring building blocks... This is certainly the reason why some of our police cars are so inefficient and spoil
quickly. The van was spotted conveying blocks in Nnewi area
of Anambra state. The patrol van which should be used for only official
duties was turned into truck for unofficial use. Photos after the cut
