Justin Bieber is getting a new stepmum after dad Jeremy popped the question to his girlfriend. The 41 year-old Justin dad Jeremy Bieber, became engaged to girlfriend Chelsey Rebelo, 28, during a recent romantic getaway to St. Barts.
The special moment was filmed as it unfolded and has since been shared on YouTube by Jeremy.
It features the smitten couple admiring a view together before Jeremy turns and asks his gal if she'll be his wife.
The dad-of-three did everything by the book, whipping out a nice shiny diamond and getting down on one knee to do the deed.
After posting the video, he wrote: "On February 19th, 2016, I proposed to my best friend Chelsey Rebelo."
