Kebbi State's first baby of the 2016 year gets Scholarship up to university level. the gesture is courtesy of the First lady of the state, Dr. Zainab Bagudu. The baby girl was delivered at exactly 1.20am at sir yahaya specialist hospital, Birnin kebbi, Nigeria.
The girl's mother, Malama Asmau also got food items, clothings and a cash gift.... but she asked the first lady to extend the scholaship to PhD level.
