Pharrell Williams has listed his Miami condo for sale priced at $10.9million. The
42-year-old singer and producer is selling his extravagant penthouse
in Brickell, which spans more than 9,000 square feet, after buying it
for $12.5million in 2007. The
two-story property has five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms and a
three-story living room featuring an elegant staircase as well as Family

Located right on the waterfront, it also boasts 360-degree views over the Miami skyline and the Atlantic Ocean.
Floor-to-ceiling windows wrap around the entire apartment – and are capped off with a translucent dome.
