Tickets
to see Adele on the UK leg of her European tour are already being
resold for up to ten times their face value just hours after they have
gone on sale, despite the singer's website stating that the ‘resale of
tickets will not be tolerated’. her new album ‘25’ became the fastest-selling UK album ever when it
was released last month, is set to perform a 15-week concert tour of
Britain, Ireland and Europe in February and March next year.
Those registered with the Adele fan club were given access to pre-sale tickets from 9am this morning.
Just a couple of hours after tickets went on sale they have appeared on reselling websites for up to ten times their value.
Tickets cost between £35 and £95, plus booking fees. There is also a limit for four tickets per person.

Seatwave – a secondary ticket website owned by Ticketmaster – a lower
level 4 ticket to the Saturday March 19 gig at the 02 arena is being
sold for £209.99, up to £899 for a level 1 seated ticket.
Viagogo
has tickets to the same performance starting at £243, for an upper tier
seat, up to an astonishing £2,100.53 for a seat in one of the blocks on
the arena floor.
General
sale tickets do not go on sale until 9am on Friday 4 December, when
another batch of tickets will be made available to those who want to see
the British singer on tour.
